High Cetane Number Rating for Superior Ignition Quality –
The cetane number rating of a diesel fuel defines its ignition quality; the higher the cetane rating, the better the quality. Compared to regular No. 2 diesels, the higher cetane rating of Supreme means easier ignition and quicker starting at lower temperatures. It also means cleaner burning with reduced smoke and odor while providing faster, smoother warm-ups and quieter operation.
Improved Cold Weather Operability
Compared to a typical No. 2, Supreme Diesel improves cold-weather fuel handling properties, lowering the cloud point to 0°F and the pour point to -20°F. Ultra Low Sulfur (ULS) No. 2 Diesel Fuel is refined from selected crudes, and is carefully blended to produce a high quality fuel. ULS No. 2 Diesel meets the needs of most automotive, marine and stationary engine applications. It also meets EPA on-road requirements for sulfur content.

Ultra Low Sulfur No. 2 Diesel Fuel is recommended for use in all on- or off-road heavy duty trucks, automotive, transit bus, marine and stationary diesel engine applications requiring a No. 2 diesel fuel.

Lubricity – ULS No. 2 Diesel Fuel is additized to ensure it has the lubricity to protect diesel fuel
injection systems.
Stability – ULS No. 2 Diesel Fuel is blended and additized to ensure good storage stability and to resist rust deposit formation in fuel systems.
Low Pour Point – ULS No. 2 Diesel Fuel is additized to reduce pour point which aids in storage
and handling at low temperatures.
Ultra Low Sulfur Content – ULS No. 2 Diesel Fuel contains a maximum of 15 parts per million (ppm)
sulfur.

Ultra Low Sulfur No. 1 Kerosene is recommended for use in all residential fuel application, on-road heavy duty trucks, and stationary diesel engine applications requiring a No. 1 kerosene and No. 1 Diesel Fuel.
Excellent Stability
Ultra Low Sulfur No. 1 Kerosene and Diesel Fuel have excellent natural stability and is therefore not additized. It can be stored longer than No. 2 diesel fuel without degradation and gum formation due to oxidation.
Low Cold Flow Properties
Ultra Low Sulfur No. 1 Diesel Fuel has naturally occurring low cloud and pour points which keeps fuel flowing in extremely low temperatures, helping to prevent fuel “gelling” and storage or handling problems.
